This month I’m celebrating 15 years of 2Hill Consulting – a business I created in a time of great personal change and as a result of connecting with my true purpose and passion for helping others to lead sustainable and impactful change in both business and life.
It’s been a joy to work with many wonderful clients – from individuals to teams and organizations – over the years. Being able to weave together my experience in engineering, change leadership, project management and DEI (diversity, equity & inclusion) has been especially fulfilling. I can’t wait to see what the next 15 years has in store!
One thing is for sure – change is challenging… and my #1 takeaway from 15 years in business is: to sustain the change you create in life, you have to maintain balance and focus. You have to take care of yourself first in order to serve others.
